Annessa Hernandez, DPT, is a Colorado native and dedicated physical therapist providing care in Denver, CO. Her clinical interests include orthopedics and vestibular dysfunction, and she is especially passionate about working with individuals eager to return to the activities that bring joy and meaning to their lives.

Annessa values partnering with her patients to reduce pain, address dysfunction, and enhance overall mobility. She feels honored to play a role in helping people rediscover their confidence and independence, and she is committed to empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery. She invests deeply in each person’s progress and truly cares about helping them get back to what matters most.

Outside of the clinic, Annessa loves exploring the natural beauty of Colorado. She enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors with her family. A lifelong learner, she has recently begun learning to play the piano. She also embraces a wide variety of movement and exercise, including rock climbing, weightlifting, running, Pilates, dance, and more.
