About
About The Provider
Anna Holman, MD, is a family medicine physician with Intermountain Health's concierge physician team in Park City, Utah. She believes the physician-patient relationship works best as a partnership, and enjoys working with patients over the long term to uncover the root cause of an issue and build manageable, sustainable changes — through lifestyle, and medication when needed — that improve health, function, and quality of life. She has a particular heart for patients who haven't felt heard or understood by a physician in the past, and she makes it a priority for every patient to feel listened to and genuinely cared for.
Her clinical interests include evidence-based preventive care, chronic and acute medical and musculoskeletal conditions, lifestyle medicine, sport performance, and disordered eating and relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S).
Dr. Holman earned her bachelor's degree from Colorado College and her medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine, where she also completed her residency. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in sports medicine.
A Salt Lake City native, Dr. Holman spends her free time skiing, hiking, camping, and mountain biking, and enjoys being with her family and three children.
