I earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Utah. I now practice orthopedic physical therapy. I am passionate about empowering individuals to regain mobility and enhance their quality of life. Offering an individualized approach, I help patients achieve their goals with advanced clinical skills and compassionate care. With a commitment to evidence-based practice, I focus on helping patients achieve optimal recovery and performance through personalized care plans, functional rehabilitation techniques, and a holistic approach to musculoskeletal health.

Growing up in the Utah mountains, I enjoy a wide variety of outdoor hobbies. Trail running with my dogs and skiing are my favorite ways to get active. While at home, I enjoy knitting and trying new recipes.
