Anita Albanese, MD

Anita Albanese, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with obstetrics at Intermountain Health's Bountiful Clinic - Family Medicine in Bountiful, Utah. She supports patients in Bountiful, Woods Cross, Centerville, North Salt Lake, and surrounding areas, caring for patients at every stage of life—from newborns to older adults. 

Dr. Albanese is passionate about caring for a diverse range of patients and building meaningful connections with individuals and families from all backgrounds. Her clinical interests include women’s health, obstetrics, gender-affirming care, LGBTQ+ health, mental health, and family medicine. She also has a strong interest in Latino health, advocacy, healthcare policy, research, and medical education.

As a provider, Dr. Albanese strives to create a safe, empathetic space where her patients feel heard and supported. Her goal is to help each person achieve their best possible health throughout every stage of life.

Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Dr. Albanese enjoys staying active and exploring new experiences outside of work. In her free time, she loves cooking, traveling, attending music festivals, reading dystopian novels, skiing, scuba diving, and watching movies and TV shows.
