Angela Kathleen Kleiber, MD

Angela Kleiber, MD, is a hospitalist at Alta View Hospital, Layton Hospital, LDS Hospital, and McKay-Dee Hospital. As a hospitalist, Dr.Kleiber cares for patients throughout their hospital stay. He coordinates treatment, manages medications, and works with specialists, nurses, and patients’ primary care providers to keep their care connected. He's in the hospital every day — listening, answering questions, and making sure patients understand their plan of care from admission through discharge.  

As a physician, Dr. Kleiber works to give every patient the highest quality care. She believes in a team-based approach that keeps each patient at the center, and she sees every patient as a whole person, not just a diagnosis.

Before medical school, Dr. Kleiber worked in nutrition and spent several years as a hospital dietitian. This experience gives her extra insight into how nutrition supports healing and overall health.

Dr. Kleiber grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, hiking, and visiting national parks. She also likes gardening and watching the birds in her yard.
