Andrew R. “Andy” Crandall, DO, is an OB/GYN at Intermountain Health’s Spanish Fork Clinic – OB/GYN in Spanish Fork, Utah. Dr. Crandall particularly enjoys caring for patients during pregnancy and performing a wide range of gynecologic procedures. He has extensive experience with robotic and vaginal hysterectomies, prolapse surgery, labiaplasty, and the treatment of stress urinary incontinence. He is the only OB‑GYN physician in his practice who performs Bulkamid injections, a minimally invasive option for stress urinary incontinence with little to no recovery time, and he also places midurethral slings.

Originally from Evanston, Wyoming, Dr. Crandall enjoys long‑distance motorcycle trips, staying active through sports such as basketball and snowboarding, and spending time with his family when he’s not in the clinic.
