Andrew James Goates, MD

Dr. Andrew Goates is a dedicated medical professional practicing Otolaryngology at Intermountain Health’s Budge Clinic in Logan, Utah. He supports patients in Cache Valley, Rich County, Box Elder County and surrounding communities, providing care in pediatric otolaryngology, acute and chronic sinonasal disease, nasal breathing, sleep surgery, cochlear implantation, head and neck cancer, parotid and other salivary gland surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and medical and surgical education. When not working, Dr. Goates, a Kamas, Utah native, enjoys a variety of hobbies, including hiking, camping, fly fishing, running, and hunting, especially with his wife and children. He has a wonderful wife, who serves as the household foundation and headmaster of their home school. Together, they have five enthusiastic, brilliant, and fantastic children and an affectionate dog named Lucy.
