I really enjoyed meeting with Dr. Goates, he did a very good job of telling me my options and letting me know what he would recommend for me. Besides the long wait, this visit was great.

My appointment was too short. He was in an out in less than 10 minutes, and only briefly explained his diagnosis. I would appreciate just a minute or two more to process the diagnosis, and to ask follow up questions. Also smiling a little more would have made this experience better!
