About The Provider
Andrew “Andy” Pavlovich is a physical therapist specializing in orthopedics and occupational health physical therapy at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation in Layton, Utah. He supports patients in Layton, Kaysville, Farmington, and surrounding communities, providing expertise in orthopedics, myofascial trigger point dry needling, functional capacity evaluations, and post-offer testing.
From a young age, Andy knew he wanted to work in healthcare and was drawn to physical therapy because it allows him to spend quality time with patients while using his knowledge of the body to help them recover and achieve their goals. He’s been in physical therapy for 12 years and loves helping his patients return to playing sports, recover after surgery, or get down on the floor to play with their grandkids again.
Andy is an enthusiastic University of Utah football and gymnastics fan. He attends home games and meets regularly and occasionally travels out of state to watch the football team play. When he's not cheering on the Utes, Andy enjoys hiking, running, riding his mountain and road bikes, and traveling. He grew up in Layton and now lives in Farmington with his wife, three kids, and their dog Piper.
