About The Provider
Andres Garcia is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Personal Trainer, and Dry Needling provider who specializes in getting high school and youth athletes back to the sport they love — faster and stronger than before.
His blend of performance training and clinical rehabilitation expertise gives him an edge in guiding athletes through every stage of recovery. Dry needling allows him to quickly reduce pain and restore mobility, while his background as a personal trainer and strength coach helps him rebuild power, strength, and confidence with sport-specific precision.
Andres’ passion for helping young athletes comes from his own journey overcoming a major knee injury in high school. He knows what it feels like to be sidelined, and he brings that same determination and empathy to every patient he works with.
Growing up playing multiple sports, he understands the demands of competition and tailors each return-to-sport plan accordingly. He has successfully helped athletes from all disciplines — from field and court sports to endurance and power athletes — return to play at peak performance.
Outside of the clinic, Andres loves to stay active with his wife and two kids — which is by far are his favorite part of life.
