Andrea T. Aguirre, MD

Andrea Aguirre, MD, is an experienced provider at the Intermountain Neurosciences Institute. Dr. Aguirre completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA, where she served as a chief resident. She also completed a Spinal Cord Injury fellowship at the University of Utah in 2021. Her clinical interests include acute and chronic care of SCI patients, spasticity management, and adaptive sports and recreation.

Dr. Aguirre is originally from South Florida and in her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, watching UCLA athletics, and spending time with her dog.
