About The Provider
Amber Lee, FNP-C, grew up in the East Bay Area in California, and seeing the variety of obstacles in her community to quality healthcare made her want to become a solution to the problem. At a young age, she decided she wanted to become an anesthesiologist. After a few volunteer positions and internships, Amber fell in love with the care and time nurse practitioners give to patients. She changed course and never looked back. Amber graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California – Davis and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland. Amber, board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, loves helping people achieve their health goals. The variety of health concerns and goals she sees on any given day makes her job that much more rewarding.
She spends her free time relaxing with her family, playing basketball with her husband and daughter, gardening, and planning new adventures.

I like that she can look over the table as she types. Easy to lipread with my aging ears. I have already been contacted by one of the referrals for an x-ray and I'm looking forward to getting the rest of my healthcare tune-up taken care of over the next few months.
