Amanda Ortiz, MD

Amanda “Mandy” Ortiz, MD, is an OB-GYN with Intermountain Health in Denver, Colorado. A Colorado native, Dr. Ortiz recently completed her residency at Saint Joseph Hospital and is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care for women at every stage of life.

Dr. Ortiz strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel safe, comfortable, and supported when discussing their health concerns. She believes that open communication and trust are essential to building strong patient-provider relationships and to helping patients achieve their health goals.

Her clinical interests include managing high-risk pregnancies, abnormal uterine bleeding, and menopause. Dr. Ortiz is committed to providing evidence-based care and ensuring patients have the information they need to make informed health decisions. She values collaboration and works closely with each patient to develop individualized care plans that align with their unique needs and preferences.

Whether guiding a patient through pregnancy, addressing complex gynecologic concerns, or helping navigate menopause, Dr. Ortiz is honored to be a trusted partner throughout her patients’ healthcare journeys.

Outside of work, Dr. Ortiz enjoys running, backpacking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. A native of Eagle, CO, her love of the outdoors reflects her commitment to a healthy, balanced lifestyle and to helping others do the same.
