Amanda Myers, PT

Amanda Myers, is a physical therapist at Intermountain Health's Primary Children's Hospital in Lehi, Utah. She supports patients already admitted to the hospital, specializing in acute care pediatrics, with a special love for working with infants and toddlers. She finds it especially rewarding to help young children regain strength, mobility, and confidence so they can get back to playing, exploring, and simply being kids. She works with a wide range of conditions, including surgical post-op recovery, developmental delays, neurological and orthopedic conditions, and respiratory conditions.

As a caregiver, Amanda strives to provide evidence-based care that is patient-centered and empowers families to stay active and get back to what they love doing most. Her approach centers on creating a positive, supportive, and compassionate environment where patients, families, and providers work together as a team. Her care includes therapeutic exercise programs, functional mobility training, gait and balance training, developmental and play-based interventions, and caregiver education to help families feel confident supporting their child's progress at home.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Amanda enjoys running, hiking, camping, and skiing with her husband.
