About The Provider
Amanda Jocelyn FNP-BC joined the pediatric team at Hurricane Valley Clinic in October 2019 after 12 years at Redrock Pediatrics. Amanda completed her bachelor's degree and masters degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Utah. Amanda takes a particular interest in adolescents and sports medicine at her practice and facilitating happy and healthy child and family relationships. In 2015 Amanda completed additional training at Primary Children's Hospital as a Child Abuse examiner with the Department of Safe and Healthy Families. Amanda loves spending time outside work with her family and four busy children and takes pleasure in running/biking/hiking and coaching youth sports/activities.

Amanda Jocelyn is always very attentive and listen your concerns, she is really good gain the trust of the kids and cares about them. When we are at the office it doesn't feels that she is in a rush and she take time to listen your conserns and answers your questions. She is amazing!

She is amazing at what she does, she connects with my child and they trust her to get close to them and do her job. I appreciate her listening to my concerns and being knowledgeable in a stressful situation.
