Alyssa Marie Scordo, RD

Alyssa is a Registered Dietitian who loves to educate and stray patients away from diet culture and incorporate long lasting habits that can improve their overall lifestyle. She works with a variety of medical conditions such as weight management including improving relationship with food, chronic kidney disease, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions.

Alyssa moved to Utah from upstate New York. She earned her Bachelor's in Health Science and Biology at SUNY Brockport in Brockport, NY where she was also a member of the women's lacrosse program. She then went on to pursue a Bachelor's/Master's combined program in Dietetics from D'Youville College in Buffalo, NY. Alyssa has been working as a Registered Dietitian for several years now. Alyssa has nutrition experience working in private practice, clinical, long-term care, and outpatient settings. Outside of work, Alyssa loves spending time with family and friends. She loves to ski, mountain bike, golf, and travel. 

Alyssa provides nutrition counseling to Intermountain Employee's and dependents at NO costs available at Cottonwood Medical Center - Employee Clinic and also sees patients through Intermountain Medical Center.
