About Alyson E. Edmunds
About The Provider
Dr. Edmunds completed her undergraduate and medical education at the University of Utah. She completed her Pediatric residency at Virginia Commonwealth University. Before joining Intermountain in 2015, she worked in a pediatric ER in Virginia as well as a pediatric hospitalist with Primary Children’s. She loves children of all ages and finds great fulfillment in making long lasting connections with her patients and their families. She is passionate about helping children and their families achieve a healthy lifestyle, both emotionally and physically, ultimately striving to help her patients reach their full potential. When she’s not at work, she can be found with her husband and their three boys (the oldest being twins). She loves spending time in nature, watching her boys play all the sports, reading, eating good food and traveling.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Edmunds. She is by far the best doctor I have ever met. She has been the primary doctor for both my children since they were infants. My kids and especially my 16 year old loves and trust her completely. As a mother, I am eternally grateful for Dr. Edmunds care and support. She genuinely cares for her patients. Thank you so much!

She is patient, thorough and listens. She explains everything and truly cares and takes the time to connect. She is the best pediatrician and sets the bar for excellence. We are truly grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr Edmunds is one of the best doctors we have seen at the practice. She was extremely busy but did not rush us. She was thorough and cared for my daughter’s health.
