Allison McLeod, RD

I am a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and supporting individuals in developing a positive relationship with food.

Bio:
Allie McLeod is a Registered Dietitian with Intermountain Health's Connect Care Primary Care team. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from Utah State University in 2015 and later earned her Master's degree in Public Health Nutrition from Utah State in 2023. She has worked at Intermountain Health since 2015 in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. She currently works as an outpatient dietitian providing nutrition education and counseling for individuals with various health needs. Allie has also been a facilitator for the Weigh to Health (now Way to Wellness) program, taught various community classes, and been the nutrition expert on both television and online broadcasts. She enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time outdoors camping, hiking or fishing.
   
Allie specializes in the care of individuals with eating disorders and disordered eating. She loves helping those she works with develop a positive relationship with food and nourishment for the whole body and aims to instill confidence for managing personal health and lifestyle.
