I finally found a doctor who really cared, listened and guided me. I wish that there was a higher score that I could give Dr DeSano.

I’m so appreciative to now be a patient if Dr. Dasano and to be under her care for perimenopause management.

Dr. Desano provides all of the information of what is available and leaves the decision up to you. She is extremely knowledgeable and I love her!

I have been dealing with perimenopause symptoms for about five years, and for most of that time, my concerns were dismissed as a normal part of aging. I was even denied access to Intermountain menopause clinic because my symptoms were not considered “severe enough,” which was incredibly discouraging. After being referred through multiple providers, I finally found Dr. DeSano. This made all the difference. She took the time to truly listen, validate what I’ve been experiencing, and carefully explain my options and the associated risks. For the first time, I felt heard and supported. It is frustrating that it took so long to find a doctor who could actually help and who didn’t disregard my symptoms. Women in this stage of life deserve access to care and to feel that their health matters. I am so grateful for Dr. DeSano. I genuinely feel like she is helping restore my quality of life, and I cannot thank her enough for her compassion and expertise.

Dr. Desano is truly exceptional. From pregnancy through delivery and postpartum, she went above and beyond in every way. She took the time to listen, answer questions, and made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. I’m so grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding OBGYN.

She is caring and knowledgeable and has been trained by the Menopause Society. You need more like her!
