I had an awful appointment. I wasn’t listened to, I was asked what I did for exercise and then told “you can’t outrun your diet”. I was literally asked what I did for exercise, I was not seeking input on my diet. I told my provider medical issues I was currently facing and all she was focused on was my weight. Which is nowhere near obese. Terrible experience
