Doctor Alejandrina Vidales was very professional, understanding, and kind. She got me the care I needed swiftly.

I am 67 yrs old, everytime I go in to see her, I ask for a print-out, she will not provide, says its on Mychart, I can see it there. This is not as easy for me, however I have been checking recently and reading over all notes from previous visits, there are many inconstancys in her notes, things that we didn't talk about and things that I was worried about never checked.

I really feel comfortable with Dr. Vidales. She’s very easy to talk to and explains everything about my health very well.

She is respectful, very interested in and knowledgable about patients overall health and well-being. Very thorough in assessing issues, references and updates records during appointments, and recommends any further tests or treatment that may be needed. Competent and trustworthy.
