This was the poorest experience I have ever had in a doctor’s office. I left feeling hopeless and questioning whether or not I could ever figure out my situation. She wasn’t sympathetic at all. I felt very judged and dismissed.

She seemed really nice but slightly indifferent to my worry. When someone finds a big lump that keeps growing, you would think that there would be a little more attention and consideration given in a little quicker response and follow up. As I said before I have had none.

Dr. Hatch did not seem to hear my pharmacy name, called the Rx to a pharmacy in another town, which involved a 40 mile round trip for my 86 year old husband. Also, I was experiencing respiratory issues and she did not listen to my lungs, look at my throat or ears, I thought it odd
