About The Provider
Dr. Formoso is passionate about helping children develop a strong foundation for lifelong health through preventative medicine and patient education. She works collaboratively with families to create a safe, supportive environment where questions are welcomed and decisions are made together. She is a certified bilingual provider and is happy to provide care in English and Spanish.
Dr. Formoso received her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. She is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Terrible bedside manner. Mean to me as mother first time meeting her. Treated me like I am stupid. She didnt address my children once in the room. NOTHING. Why do you work with children if you act like you hate them
