Adison Cook, DPT

I am a Physical Therapist at TOSH where I support patients in Murray and throughout the Salt Lake Valley, and I enjoy treating a variety of orthopedic conditions.
I am pleased to return to TOSH after my experience as a student in 2023. Since then, I have completed Sports Residency training at the University of Utah, working within their athletics department and with a variety of professional sports teams, including US Ski & Snowboard, Utah Jazz, and US Speedskating. I am currently working toward completing my specialty certification in Sports Physical Therapy.
An outdoor enthusiast, I grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, where I received my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science before continuing my education at the University of Montana for my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
In my free time, I enjoy skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, and cheering on my favorite sports teams.
