About Adam Bulter
About The Provider
Originally from Rochester, New York Dr. Bulter attended Pennsylvania State University for his undergraduate studies. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University in Israel. Dr. Bulter completed a general medicine residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse and a fellowship in trauma surgery and surgical critical care at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Bulter’s clinical interests include minimally invasive surgery including laparoscopic and robotic surgery. Dr. Bulter joined SCL Health Medical Group because of the unique opportunity to care for patients with elective and emergency surgery as well as caring for patients after traumatic events and accidents.
“I am passionate about providing the best possible experience for my patients both in the operating room and at the bedside. My goal is to restore my patients to their normal lives as if they were never in the hospital.”
When not working, Dr. Bulter enjoys spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors, notably skiing and hiking with his wife and their two rescue pups.

He was very confident that my issue was going to be done with ease. He explained what would be done and why and how. That’s important because no one wants an insecure surgeon. He was pleasant, I liked him immediately.
