About The Provider
I am a physical therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma in 2020. I currently work PRN while pursuing a Master of Public Health. I treat all patient conditions but have a particular interest in sports and using exercise as medicine. My journey into physical therapy began when I tore my ACL snowboarding in high school. The rehab journey was long, but the PTs who helped me were so amazing that I wanted to do the same for others facing similar challenges. I love using exercise as medicine to help people live their most optimal lives. I firmly believe that regular exercise can prevent injury, enhance quality of life, and allow individuals to be the best version of themselves. I enjoy teaching people these principles and helping them build healthy habits, which is why I am pursuing a public health degree to share this passion.
I love all sports! I played football, lacrosse, soccer, and ran track in high school. In college, I ran cross country and competed in wakeboarding competitions. I still wakeboard and snowboard regularly and have recently become very interested in trail running, which offers amazing views and experiences. I also just qualified for the triathlon national championships this year and may compete this summer. I grew up in Woods Cross, UT, and am a big fan of Utah Utes and Oklahoma football, love Aggie basketball, and BYU has good speeches.
