Dr. Timothy C. Larsen, MD, brings a comprehensive, child-centered approach to pediatric medicine. Hailing from Omaha, Nebraska, Dr. Larsen is the Medical Director for Pediatrics, in Southern Utah, deeply committed to enhancing healthcare services for children and supporting fellow pediatricians in their crucial work.

Dr. Larsen's philosophy of care prioritizes the comprehensive well-being of children encompassing their physical, mental, and emotional health within the context of their family and community. He is an advocate for preventive care and wellness, empowering families through education on evidence-based practices and scientific findings to ensure they make informed health decisions.

Educationally, Dr. Larsen completed medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed his residency in Pediatrics at Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina. His clinical interests include mental health, developmental disorders and treating and preventing infectious diseases. He’s also passionate about the strategic development of pediatric healthcare resources.

Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Larsen is a man of diverse interests and talents. He enjoys skiing, hiking, reading, and traveling with his family. An accomplished musician, he finds joy in writing songs and playing both the violin and guitar. Dr. Larsen and his wife are the proud parents of four children, ranging from college to elementary school age, with whom they share a variety of activities including tennis, soccer, and skiing.
