About The Provider
Tiana Cook is a physical therapist at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Layton in Layton, Utah. She supports patients in Layton, Kaysville, Farmington, and surrounding communities, specializing in orthopedics with additional training in Trigger Point Dry Needling.
Tiana first became interested in physical therapy as a high school athlete where she received many injuries as a multisport athlete. In physical therapy, she was fascinated by the different exercises used to get her back to doing what she loved. A few years later she was involved in a car accident where she fractured my pelvis. The therapy Tiana received following this event solidified her desire to become a physical therapist and help others.
When the weather cooperates, she takes time each week to enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, skiing and recently tried and fell in love with snowshoeing. Overall, she enjoys being outdoors, new adventures, and attempts to bring her three boys and husband along for the adventures. When she’s not chasing her kids around to all their activities, she’s dreaming and planning their next vacation.
