Tara N. Riley, DPT

Tara Riley is a physical therapist practicing in general orthopedics at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – McKay Dee Ortho in Ogden, Utah. She supports patients in Ogden, north Davis County, Weber County, and surrounding communities, specializing in sport and orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, with interests in hip, knee, and shoulder therapy.

Tara is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who applies her expertise to assist athletes in reaching their full potential both on and off the field. Leveraging current evidence and extensive experience in her domain, Tara customizes treatment plans to address each patient's unique needs and personal objectives. Whether addressing recovery from shoulder surgery or rehabilitation following a knee injury, Tara maintains a "fitness forward" approach and meets her patients wherever they are in their health journey.

In her free time she enjoys hiking, trail running, spending time with her two Border Collies, CrossFit, and playing in competitive ice hockey leagues.
