Sue White always takes the time to listen to my questions and answers them fully

I have asked to have it noted in my chart that I will not see Sue White again. I feel like I was treated poorly by her, and there was no urgency to my current situation. My husband was in the room during my appointment and commented before I ever had the opportunity to comment on how we were treated in our appointment with her. Her lack of empathy is deplorable.
