Samuel S. Richards, PA

Sam Richards was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, and graduated from the University of Utah in Exercise and Sports Science. He attended Touro University Nevada in Henderson Nevada for a Master of Health Sciences and his master’s to become a Physician Assistant (PA).

He moved my family back to Utah and got his first Job as a PA with Dr Nate Momberger for whom he currently works with. He loves the outdoors including hiking, mountain biking, waterskiing, and swimming, and really enjoy listening to music.
