About The Provider
Sabrina Adams is an occupational therapist at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – TOSH Campus Neuro Occupational Therapy in Murray, Utah. She works with patients across the Salt Lake Valley in an outpatient neurorehabilitation setting, supporting individuals with conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, concussion, and neurodegenerative diseases. Her clinical focus includes cognitive rehabilitation, concussion support, and vision therapy.
Sabrina earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University and her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Utah. She finds her work deeply rewarding and values the opportunity to help patients regain function, build confidence, and return to the activities that matter most to them after injury or illness.
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Sabrina enjoys spending time with friends and family. Outside of work, she can often be found in the mountains hiking or skiing, or capturing the beauty of nature through photography.
