Dr Ross treated a new skin spot for pre-cancer. I was so glad I was able to be fit into his schedule. I was sensitive to his time and wish I had asked him about another spot on my back. I really don't want to wait 6 months to ask.

Dr. Ross seems personable and capable, but it seems as if patients are just fed into a chute at high volume. There is emphasis on checkups and freezing "pre cancerous" spots and no availability for much else.
