I loved how she paid attention to me and anserd my questions.

My husband was with me and also had questions. She was very kind to both of us and answered all our questions.

Not sure I can put into words the way her general demeanor was calming. She was patient in listening and explaining as she questioned me about recent health challenges. And the referral for endoscopy was made with almost immediate staff follow up booking appt and with full prep instructions.

She took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood what tests were being ordered and why.

She was good. She just suggested the same things that were suggested to me 9 years ago that have not really helped in that much time. She did refer me for pelvic physical therapy though. That's good.
