I have been working with Rebekah over the last year and a half to improve my health. She has listened to my needs, offered feedback and encouragement and prescribed the appropriate medicines. I have lost 35 lbs over the last year. All my numbers are in the healthy range. I did have pre-diabetes and now I have an A1C in the acceptable range. Rebekah, thanks for all your help in getting me on a healthy track as I enter my seventh decade of life!
