Rebecca Charlton, RD

Rebecca Charlton is a Registered Dietitian at Intermountain Health's Logan Regional Hospital in Logan, Utah. She has extensive experience in both the academic and clinical practice of nutrition, and is passionate about helping patients use nutrition as a tool to improve their health, well-being, and quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has been recognized for her dedication to patient care and mentorship. She was nominated for a Patient Care Award at Children's Hospital Los Angeles and was honored as Utah State University's College of Agriculture Mentor of the Year. In 2021, she earned the designation of Advanced Practice Dietitian in recognition of her expertise and commitment to the field.

Rebecca enjoys partnering with patients to create realistic nutrition plans that support their individual goals and long-term success.
