About The Provider
Morgen Dalebout is an occupational therapist at Intermountain Health's Cedar City & Pediatric Rehabilitation. He supports patients in Cedar City and surrounding communities, specializing in sensory integration training and feeding in pediatric patients. Morgen enjoys assisting families in using different sensory integration techniques and behavioral health strategies to help children more fully engage in their daily lives.
Morgen's passion for working with children began during his college years. As a registered behavior technician, he primarily supported children with autism and other neurological disorders in a behavioral health clinic. While shadowing an occupational therapist, he became intrigued by their use of sensory integration techniques to address behavioral challenges.
As a student, Morgen also developed a strong interest in helping children with feeding difficulties. Today, he helps children expand their diets by incorporating the evidence-based SOS Approach to Feeding Therapy alongside sensory integration techniques, empowering them to enjoy a greater variety of foods.
In his spare time, Morgen engages in various outdoor activities, including mountain biking, hiking, hunting, fishing, golfing, and running with my wife and our dog Huey. During the winter months, he enjoys skiing and snowboarding, binge-watching television shows, and trying different restaurants around Cedar City and St. George.
