About The Provider
Mark Stephens, DPT, is a physical therapist specializing in neurologic and vestibular rehabilitation at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation – TOSH Campus Balance Vestibular in Murray. Utah. He supports patients across the Salt Lake Valley working closely with patients experiencing dizziness, balance disorders, and neurologic conditions to help them improve stability, confidence, and overall quality of life.
Mark earned his physical therapy degree from the University of Utah in 2011 and has extensive experience treating patients in both outpatient and inpatient neurologic rehabilitation settings. He completed his Clinical Specialty training in 2014 and achieved vestibular competency in 2021. Mark is passionate about delivering high‑quality, individualized care and is dedicated to helping each patient reach their personal recovery goals.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, and staying active. An avid runner, he has completed more than 20 marathons and brings the same discipline and determination to his clinical practice.
