Maria Y. Yi, PA

Maria Yi is a physician assistant (PA) specializing in family medicine at the Central Orem Clinic. She supports patients in Orem and surrounding communities, focusing on preventative care, acute illnesses, acute post-surgical care, diabetic-related conditions, liver conditions, electrolyte abnormalities, and more.   

As a PA, Maria wants to help others improve their well-being so they have the energy to build courage and find happiness in life. She is passionate about being honest with my patients and applying evidence-based medicine. 

Maria is originally from South Korea but moved to the United States when she was three. She grew up listening to my mother say, "Good health is the greatest blessing," and has learned to appreciate and understand what that means, knowing that suboptimal physical, mental, and emotional health can make it difficult to function to the best of our ability.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys running, reading books, and hiking. Her goal is to find new hobbies that will help her maintain her well-being!
