Madison Adams, PA

Madison Adams is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) in nephrology at Intermountain Health’s Kidney Services at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. She supports patients in Murray, Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, South Jordan, and surrounding communities, treating chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and diabetes. Her philosophy of care surrounds the quote by Frank Caprio: “Compassion costs nothing but means everything. Give it freely, especially when it’s hard.” This philosophy is shared with her patients as she collaborates with them to live their healthiest lives possible.

Madison’s clinical interests include chronic disease prevention through lifestyle modification and evidence based interventions. She wants to slow down the progression of chronic diseases to allow her patients to live a longer and healthier life. Madison enjoys working with chronic disease because it gives her the opportunity to build a good relationship with patients and see the long term benefits of the treatment plan. Maidson value communication and explains care in a way patient’s will understand fully.

Outside the clinic, the Payson, Utah native enjoys activities such as hiking with her dog Ivy and playing tennis. She loves to travel and completed a humanitarian service both in the local community and internationally. She’s also an avid reader, with her favorite genre being fantasy.
