About The Provider
Larsen Holyoak is an orthopedic physical therapist at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Lehi Clinic in Lehi, Utah. He supports patients in Lehi, American Fork, Highland, and surrounding communities helping patients stay and remain active throughout their lives, regardless of their age.
Larsen believes that the quality of life can greatly be improved through regular activity and strives to help everyone get to a place where pain or injury is not a limitation. He loves working with athletes of all levels, whether they are a weekend warrior or a collegiate athlete.
Originally from Illinois, Larsen moved to Utah to attend BYU and fell in love with the state. He graduated with his undergraduate degree in athletic training, and following graduation, he began working as a fellow at BYU in their athletics department. During his time at BYU, he worked with athletes from tennis, baseball, and soccer. With a desire to further his education, Larsen completed a master’s degree from A.T. Still and then attended The University of St. Augustine in Austin, TX for his Doctorate in physical therapy.
In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife and two children. He’s an avid sports fan and enjoys playing many sports, including golf and basketball.
