Laila Gerace, DPT

I am a physical therapist practicing neurologic rehabilitation, with a specialty in stroke and Parkinson's disease. I am certified in High Intensity Gait Training in rehabilitation and I am a PWR! Moves Certified Therapist (Parkinson's Wellness Recovery). I first became interested in rehabilitation when I suffered a knee injury that required surgery. At the time, I was working in a different career and physical therapy wasn't even on my radar. After surgery, I worked with a physical therapist and discovered that therapy is my true passion. I jumped straight in and never looked back; I graduated from the University of Utah and completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy. I absolutely love my job and feel fortunate to have the opportunity assist individuals live their fullest lives possible. When I'm not at work, you can find me in the mountains rock climbing, downhill skiing, trail running or biking.
