Dr. French was very careful to explain the risks of the treatment, the potential benefits, and the procedures to be done. He was very careful to explain pros and cons in terms I could understand. He went out of his way to help with paperwork and took time to make sure I was comfortable (I am a wimp and scared of needles). Procedure went amazing well and I didn't feel a thing.
