Kristi S. Normington, PT

I am the Lead Physical Therapist at SCL Wheat Ridge Occupational Medicine and Physical Therapy. I graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia in 1982, and received my doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2008 from Evidence in Motion. I specialize in evidence-based orthopedic outpatient care and Occupational Medicine, and particularly love working with neck and shoulder patients. I believe in the initial use of manual therapy, active exercise, and patient education, and encourage early independence with home exercise and self-management techniques. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Manual Therapist, Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist II, and Colorado Workers' Compensation Level I Accredited.

I am a Colorado native and enjoy spending time with my family and grandchildren, swimming, and attempting to wear out my very active chocolate lab mix.
