Kirstin C. Harris, NP

Kirstin Harris is a nurse practitioner working with the heart failure team at Intermountain Health’s McKay-Dee Heart Failure Clinic in Ogden, Utah. She supports patients in Ogden, North Ogden, South Ogden, Roy, and surrounding communities diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with chronic and acute heart failure, and working with the cardiology team to optimize medication regiments, interpreting diagnostic tests and more.Her expertise and compassionate approach allow her to manage complex cardiac conditions, focusing on improving her patient's quality of life.

Kirstin is board-certified in adult gerontology, the study of the aging process and the unique healthcare needs of older adults. Her journey in medicine began at Weber State University, where she earned her associate and bachelor’s degrees in nursing. Driven by a passion for continuous learning and excellence in patient care, Kirstin pursued her master’s in nursing at Boise State University, graduating in 2023.

Outside the clinic, the Ogden native finds joy in the great outdoors, where she enjoys kayaking, hiking, and camping in the mountains. She is also an avid traveler, often exploring new destinations with her husband, and a devoted soccer fan, proudly supporting both Real Salt Lake and the Utah Royals soccer teams.
