Kathryn M. Evans, PA

Kathryn Evans is a physician assistant specializing in lifestyle and internal medicine at Intermountain Health’s McKay-Dee Internal Medicine Clinic in Ogden, Utah. She supports patients in Ogden, north Davis County, Weber County, and surrounding communities, providing consultations with treatments directed to correct imbalances in nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and sleep concerns to help correct or prevent chronic health problems, assisting with weight loss, and maintaining current good healthy habits.

Kathryn is passionate about treating chronic diseases through lifestyle medicine. She is a certified diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and certified in obesity management in primary care.

In 2014, Kathryn graduated with her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University. Her love of the great outdoors and desire to help the under-served led her to move to Utah for her first PA position at a community health center, where she practiced family medicine and urgent care. In 2019, she transitioned to endocrinology care with a special interest in treating thyroid disease and diabetes. Kathryn also practiced family medicine at an employer-based clinic before joining us here at Intermountain. 

Kathryn lives in Ogden with her husband. The two enjoy camping, skiing, and many other outdoor activities the city offers.
