Kathryn A. Seitz, MD

Dr. Seitz grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. She is a big wildcat fan, having attended the University of Arizona for both college and medical school. After graduating from the Saint Joseph Hospital Family Medicine program in 2005 she did locum tenens, working as a small town doc in several Colorado locations. Dr. Seitz has been faculty at Saint Joseph since 2006 and completed the University of North Carolina Faculty Development Fellowship in 2008. She greatly enjoys teaching and mentoring residents during their training and has been the Associate Program Director since 2009. Specific medical interests include women's health, hospital medicine, geriatrics, and caring for underserved populations. She enjoys traveling, gardening, hanging out in the Colorado mountains, trying out new recipes and spending time with her family and friends.
