She went through the motions, barely conversed with me as she made notes in computer and recorded our visit so she "wouldn't have to stay late" and complete her paperwork. She seemed somewhat confused about my previous medical records and background, kept asking me for dates, when I asked why she just didn't refer to my records, she said they were on another screen, and to hard to access.

She is kind and friendly and knowledgeable and listens well to my 100 needs.
