About The Provider
A native of Pleasant Valley, New York, Dr. Fast earned her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Canisius College in Buffalo. She graduated with a Doctor of Osteopathy from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, Colorado. She completed an internship and residency in Family Medicine at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Dr. Fast completed a Fellowship in Family Medicine Obstetrics with Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, Texas. As a provider, her clinical interests include women's health, care for the LGBTQIA+ community, diabetes, and lifestyle medicine.
“I am passionate about helping patients meet their healthcare goals. I want to get to know you and what's important to you so that we can make realistic healthcare goals together. I believe it is my job as a clinician to teach patients what I know and why I make the recommendations so they can actively participate in their healthcare.”
Married with two little kids, Dr. Fast and her family love exploring Denver and Colorado’s outdoors. She enjoys running, lifting weights, walking with her kids, reading, and watching horror movies and shows.

Dr. Fast is an amazing doctor. It's easy to speak to her and if I need to take my time to explain something she's patient with me. Additionally anything I don't understand she explains it to me, which I appreciate.
