While the indications for surgery are often straightforward, some fractures are more nuanced, requiring thoughtful consideration to determine the best approach. He's committed to working with his patients to ensure they receive the most effective treatment for their injuries.
Dr. Sundblad was born and raised in Wisconsin, and though his training and career have taken him and his family across the country, he finally feels at home in Utah's mountains. He and his family are passionate about the outdoors and excited to have many opportunities to stay active and explore nature together.

Dr Jeffrey Sundblad explained and displayed clearly the X-ray, CT, and MRI scan results leading to a surgery solution. He also consulted with two other Orthopedic doctors that agreed with his solution as the correct resolution to repair my femur/hip injury. Scheduling for surgery was quickly set up and preop instructions to me were very clear.

Dr. Sundblad has always cared about my treatment. He even referred me to another doctor when he realized that I needed additional specialized treatment that he felt a colleague could help me better. That is a sign of a great doctor. But he reassured me that he was still there for me and was still part of my team. I'm very impressed with him!

He’s a very nice and down to earth guy who explained everything to me very well. Plus, we got on the subject of hunting, which was nice so I could get the surgery off my mind because I was quite nervous.
