Dr. James Burdett is a Board-Certified Pediatrician at Intermountain Health's Central Orem Clinic. He supports patients in Orem, Vineyard, Provo, and other communities, providing newborn care, sick and well care for children of all ages, minor injuries, ADHD, anxiety and depression, autism spectrum disorders, and children with special needs. He thoroughly enjoys working with children and parents to deliver the best care possible.
Dr. Burdett completed his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University in 1989. He then went on to St. Louis University School of Medicine, where he earned his MD in 1993. Dr. Burdett completed an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Mary's Health Center in St. Louis in 1994. From 1994 to 1998, he was a General Medical Officer in the United States Air Force. After completing his Air Force assignment, he completed a Pediatrics residency at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas in 2001.Â
Dr. Burdett moved to Utah to be close to his three children and six grandchildren.Â
